Product Details

High-Density Urethane (HDU) plaques offer several advantages over traditional materials such as metal or wood. HDU is significantly lighter, making plaques easier to transport and install—especially important for large or heavy designs.

HDU is highly durable, resistant to impact, abrasion, and corrosion, making it ideal for use in harsh environments or areas subject to heavy wear and tear. It is waterproof and can withstand temperatures ranging from -30°F to 200°F. Unlike wood, HDU does not decompose, rot, or crack over time.

Additionally, HDU is versatile and customizable: it can be machined, routed, and painted to create a wide variety of shapes, textures, and finishes, giving you flexibility for virtually any design application.

MAINTENANCE
HDU plaques are very easy to clean and maintain. They simply require occasional wiping down with a damp cloth.
