Orders Over 90 Days
Orders that are older than 90 days and have not been produced or shipped are not eligible for a refund and will not be considered for reimbursement.
Any orders exceeding 90 days will instead be issued an in-house credit toward future purchases.
General Return Policy
To maintain our low price policy, our return process is as follows:
- Every item is individually inspected before shipment to ensure it is free from defects.
- All returns are at the buyer’s expense.
- A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please contact our customer service department to request a Return Authorization Number and instructions before sending any items back.

Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, Monogrammed, or Customized Logo Mats are non-refundable and non-returnable.
These products are made to order according to your specific design and size requirements and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
Restocking Fees
20% restocking fee will apply to returns of the following products:
Grimefighter Series Entrance Mats
Carpet Mat Classic Entrance Mats
Anti-Fatigue Mats
Any Non-Standard Sized or Custom Cut Non-Logo Mats
