Shipping Methods

We ship orders via the following carriers:

  • Continental U.S. (Lower 48 States): FedEx Ground – Commercial & Residential.
  • U.S. Overseas: DHL to a physical address (non APO, non FPO).

Free Ground Shipping

We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all qualifying commercial floor mat orders and custom logo mats over $100.

Eligibility:

  • Applies to most commercial matting orders and all custom logo mat orders totaling $100.00 or more, shipped via standard ground service (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). Orders under $100 will have a shipping fee of $19.99.
  • Please note that not all mats qualify for free shipping.

Exceptions & Additional Fees:

  • Oversized or heavyweight items such as large commercial mats, anti-fatigue mats, gym flooring, deployment tables, and other special-handling products (challenge coins) may require additional freight charges.
  • Certain products may need to be shipped via LTL (Large Freight Truck), which may incur extra fees such as liftgate service, residential delivery, or restricted-access area charges.
  • Please contact us with any questions regarding potential additional shipping and handling fees.

Exemptions:

  • Offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO and FPO and any overseas shipment.
  • Orders containing non-qualifying mats will calculate standard shipping costs for those items only.
  • Expedited shipping options (FedEx or UPS 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day) require additional charges.

Delivery Information

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, DHL, USPS, UPS or LTL Freight when appropriate.

  • FOB shipping applies to all orders.
  • Shipping costs are determined by item size, weight, and destination address.
  • Orders ship without signature required unless otherwise requested. Carriers may require a signature at their discretion.
  • For expedited delivery, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
  • Free Shipping promotions exclude Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO and FPO and any overseas shipment.
  • Shipping charges may vary due to specific customer delivery requirements or additional carrier accessorial fees.

Please Note: Customers outside the Continental U.S. or at an APO/FPO please contact us for a shipping quote.

Return Policy

Orders Over 90 Days

Orders that are older than 90 days and have not been produced or shipped are not eligible for a refund and will not be considered for reimbursement.

Any orders exceeding 90 days will instead be issued an in-house credit toward future purchases.

General Return Policy

To maintain our low price policy, our return process is as follows:

  • Every item is individually inspected before shipment to ensure it is free from defects.
  • All returns are at the buyer’s expense.
  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please contact our customer service department to request a Return Authorization Number and instructions before sending any items back.

All returns must have a return authorization number. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. All items must be unused.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, Monogrammed, or Customized Logo Mats are non-refundable and non-returnable.

These products are made to order according to your specific design and size requirements and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.

Restocking Fees

20% restocking fee will apply to returns of the following products:
