Shipping Methods

We ship orders using the following carriers:

Continental U.S. (Lower 48 States): FedEx Ground (Commercial & Residential)
U.S. Overseas: DHL to a physical address only (non-APO, non-FPO)
Additional carriers may include UPS, USPS, or LTL Freight when appropriate.

Free Ground Shipping

We offer FREE Ground Shipping on qualifying commercial floor mat orders and custom logo mats totaling $100.00 or more.

Eligibility:

Applies to most commercial matting products and all custom logo mat orders totaling $100.00 or more
Orders ship via standard ground service (FedEx, UPS, or USPS)
Orders under $100.00 will incur a $19.99 shipping fee
Please note: Not all mats qualify for free shipping.

Exceptions & Additional Fees

Certain products may require additional shipping charges, including but not limited to:
Oversized or heavyweight items such as large commercial mats, anti-fatigue mats, gym flooring, deployment tables, and specialty products (including challenge coins)
Products requiring LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight, which may incur additional fees such as:
Liftgate service
Residential delivery
Restricted-access delivery

Exemptions

Free Shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any overseas shipments
Orders containing non-qualifying mats will calculate standard shipping charges for those items only
Expedited shipping options (FedEx or UPS 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day) are available for an additional charge

Delivery Information

Orders ship via FedEx Ground, DHL, USPS, UPS, or LTL Freight, depending on product requirements
FOB Shipping Point applies to all orders
Shipping costs are calculated based on item size, weight, and destination
Orders ship without signature required unless otherwise requested; carriers may require a signature at their discretion
For expedited delivery, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order
Shipping charges may vary based on customer delivery requirements or carrier accessorial fees

Return Policy

Orders Over 90 Days

Orders that are older than 90 days and have not been produced or shipped are not eligible for a refund and will not be considered for reimbursement.
Any order exceeding 90 days will instead be issued an in-house store credit for use toward future purchases.

General Return Policy

To maintain our low-price policy, the following return conditions apply:
Every item is individually inspected prior to shipment to ensure it is free from defects
All returns are at the buyer’s expense
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns; unauthorized returns will not be accepted
All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
Returned items must be unused and in original condition
Please contact our customer service department to request a Return Authorization Number and return instructions before sending any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Personalized, monogrammed, or custom logo mats
These products are made to order based on your specific design and size requirements and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns of the following products:

Anti-Fatigue Mats
Any non-standard sized or custom-cut non-logo mats
