HD Super Vinyl Outdoor Logo Mat

HD Super Vinyl is the new standard for durable tough-as-nails indoor-outdoor logo mat. Unibody construction eliminates the pixilated look of the outdated link mats offered by our competitors. These mats are crafted from robust PVC vinyl, come in an array of colors, providing an excellent solution for high-traffic areas in extreme climates and is UV Resistant. The design isn’t just printed on - it’s carefully cut and inlaid, ensuring the image endures as long as the mat does. With its tough wiping surface, this mat is truly built to last. Graphics are of much higher quality, allowing for greater detail and a superior image presentation. Our next-generation production process eliminates the need for cumbersome steel rods that eventually rust and become problematic.

MAINTENANCE
Clean the top surface using a long handed deck scrub or similar brush that will not leave fibers on the mat. Be sure to scrub in both directions to clean the top ribs as well as the tread surface of the PVC mat. Apply a “Dry method” cleaning compound to surface of mat. Brush and agitate compound in all areas of mat until compound is fully absorbed. If possible leave for 30 minutes then vacuum and brush until all compound is removed.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE 
Resistant to degradation by inorganic acids, organic acids, reducing agents, detergent  solutions, alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oil, amines, and aldehydes.
