We never disclose sales data for a specific customer with anyone. We understand how much direct marketers value customer lists, and our policy is that this information is your property. We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes, nor do we use the information ourselves.
All Orders in the Continental U.S. over $100 Ship Free. All other orders will be charges a standard $14.99 shipping fee.
Please Note: Customers outside the continental U.S. or at an APO Box please call for a customized shipping quote.
Orders older than 90 days that have not been produced or shipped are not eligible & will not be considered for a refund. Anything over 90 days will be issued an inhouse credit.
In order to maintain our low price policy our return policy is as follows: Every item is individually screened before shipment for defects; all returns are at the buyer's expense . All returns must have a return authorization number. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
1.) Personalized, Monogrammed or Customized Logo Mats are non refundable & non returnable. They are made to order to your specifications & as such can not be returned or otherwise resold.
2.) There is a 20% restocking fee on the following floormats:

B.) Carpet Mat Classic Entrance Mats
C.) Anti-Fatigue Mats
D.) Any Non-Standard Sized, Custom Cut Non-Logo Mats
E.) All Items On Sale
F.) All Custom Cut Orders
